Car rental at Bari Airport: minivans for 5 to 9 people
Trayectis hands over minivans at Bari Karol Wojtyla (BRI) every day from 08:00 to 20:00. There is no shuttle: after you collect your bags, you leave Arrivals through exit door 3 and message our agent on WhatsApp. The agent meets you, walks you and your group to our base parking point, shows you the car and has you sign digitally.
How pick-up works at Bari
- Land at Bari and collect your luggage.
- Go to the Arrivals area ("Arrivi") and leave through exit door 3. Your pick-up instructions include a Google Maps link.
- Once outside, contact our agent on WhatsApp, on the number in your pick-up instructions. Give your first and last name and say that you rented with Trayectis.
- The agent meets you and walks you and your travel group out of the airport to the base parking point we use for the contract signing.
- There the agent shows you the vehicle and has you sign the check-in digitally. No extra mandatory insurance is requested at pick-up.
- Enjoy your trip.
How return works
Drive to the same base meeting point used at pick-up; the location is in your pick-up instructions. Our agent will be waiting, checks the vehicle and has you sign the check-out of the rental contract. For your convenience, the agent then walks you and your group to the airport terminal. Return the car with a full tank to avoid the refuelling fee. You can also return it in another city; if a one-way fee applies, it is shown in the final price before you book.
