Car rental at Milan Malpensa Airport: minivans for 5 to 9 people
Trayectis hands over minivans at Milan Malpensa (MXP) every day from 08:00 to 20:00. After you collect your bags, call or message our operator and say which terminal you are in. A free minibus picks you up at Terminal 1 (departures, door 18) or Terminal 2 (departures, in front of the Banco BPM entrance) and takes you to our car park at Via dell'Industria 12, Somma Lombardo, where you check the car and sign digitally.
How pick-up works at Malpensa
- Land at Malpensa and collect your luggage.
- Call or message (WhatsApp) the Trayectis operator on the number in your pick-up instructions. If you use the landline, choose English or Italian and follow the voice prompts to reach the Malpensa line. Say that you rented with Trayectis, which terminal you are in (1 or 2) and your first and last name.
- Go to the meeting point for your terminal: at Terminal 1, the departures area, door 18; at Terminal 2, the departures area, in front of the Banco BPM entrance. Your pick-up instructions include a Google Maps link for each.
- Look for our minibus: it is recognisable by the advertising on its bodywork, which carries our partner car park's branding.
- At the car park, at Via dell'Industria 12, the operator shows you the vehicle.
- Follow the operator's instructions and sign the contract digitally. No extra mandatory insurance is requested at pick-up.
- Enjoy your trip.
How return works
Drive to our car park at Via dell'Industria 12, 21019 Somma Lombardo (Varese). An operator checks the vehicle, its condition and the fuel level, and asks you to sign digitally to close the contract. Then one of our minibuses takes you to Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, according to your flight, and drops you at one of the pick-up points. Return the car with a full tank to avoid the refuelling fee. You can also return it in another city; if a one-way fee applies, it is shown in the final price before you book.
