Car rental at Florence Airport: minivans for 5 to 9 people
Trayectis hands over minivans at Florence Peretola (FLR) every day from 08:00 to 20:00. After you collect your bags, call or message our operator and wait for the shuttle in front of the "Partenze" (departures) entrance. A free minibus takes you to our car park at Via Pratese Interna 132/68, where you check the car and sign digitally.
How pick-up works at Florence
- Land at Florence and collect your luggage.
- Call or message (WhatsApp) the Trayectis operator on the number in your pick-up instructions. Say that you rented with Trayectis, give your first and last name, and say you are waiting for the shuttle ("navetta" in Italian) to collect the vehicle at our base.
- Go to the shuttle boarding point, in front of the "Partenze" (departures) entrance. Your pick-up instructions include a Google Maps link.
- Look for our minibus: it is recognisable by the advertising on its bodywork, which carries our partner car park's branding.
- At the car park, at Via Pratese Interna 132/68, the operator shows you the vehicle.
- Check the car, make sure the documents are in the glovebox and sign the contract digitally. No extra mandatory insurance is requested at pick-up.
- Enjoy your trip.
How return works
Drive to our partner car park at Via Pratese Interna 132/68, 50145 Firenze. An operator checks the vehicle, its condition, the fuel level and that the documents are in the glovebox, and asks you to sign digitally to close the contract. Then one of our minibuses takes you back to the airport terminal, to the same meeting point where the shuttle picks up. Return the car with a full tank to avoid the refuelling fee. You can also return it in another city; if a one-way fee applies, it is shown in the final price before you book.
